My529 - Formerly the Utah Educational Savings Plan (UESP)
My529 is Utah's official 529 Educational Saving Plan. my529 Plan is designed to encourage saving for college. my529 plans are sponsored by states, State agencies, and educational institutions, and are authorized by section 529 of the Internal Revenue code. my529 is a nonprofit plan established and sponsored by the state of Utah.
My529 has been helping families across the united states invest in higher education for more than 20 years. 529 funds may be used for qualified higher education expenses, which also include k-12 tuition expenses, qualified load repayment, and registered apprenticeships.
